Hi l purchased the 10mm x 2.5 they fitted, but not tightly, had to put a small amount of glue to hold them in, that was the size l read that fits, you could always ease the slot to fit the 3mm hope this helps

Zusatzgewichte gibt es nicht. Ich komme gut damit klar, Gewicht ist völlig ausreichend. Kann sie nur weiterempfehlen.

Yes they come with a decent length chain as shown in pics. They also come with an alan key so you can set the bearing position. When you open the box please be aware that the small grub screw and ball bearing might be loose and can be easily lost.
